The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    Pocket TVs can be pre-rdered online through this preorder site. This is an easy and convenient way to get your Pocket TV no matter where you live and requires a simple and secure process that can be completed via our e-shop. Simply follow the online instructions which will guide you through the ordering, shipping and payment steps.

    Once you have finalized your purchase you will receive an automated email notifying you of your successful purchase.  Your order will then be sent to one of our fulfillment team members for processing. All preorders will be shipped in November 2012 via FedEx International Priority.

    Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

    It’s your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address. If you have specified an incorrect or incomplete address, your shipment may be delayed or may not arrive at all. In some cases we may be able to re-route your shipment back to you while in other cases we may have to get the shipment returned to Infinitec and re-shipped again. This may cause delays to your shipment as well as incur additional costs. Infinitec reserves the right to pass any re-routing or re-shipping fees back to you if this occurs. You will be notified by e-mail if this happens.

    International Taxes and Tariffs

    Our prices do not include taxes, import duties or other tariffs imposed by your country of residence. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and you may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Charges may include duties or taxes charged by your local government for importing a product. Infinitec will not pay for or refund any of these costs.

    Order cancellation

    Once a purchase order has been placed it can be cancelled within a 24 hour window. Once the order has been processed and moves to the shipping process it may no longer be cancelled. Order cancellation requests can be made by sending us an email.

    Acceptance

    By placing a purchase the client acknowledges, understands and accepts the above terms.

  • Shipping Policies

    We use FedEx International Priority® for international orders. Shipping costs are presented to you during the ordering process allowing you to know these before you finalize your order. All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates and shipping charges are applied based on the final destination for your order. 

    Infinitec is bound to the rules and regulations of our courier partner when it comes to shipping and product delivery. Once FedEx receives the package from us, the liability of the package no longer lies with Infinitec. Infinitec will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the courier company even if recipient claims non-receipt. It's possible that the package may have been left with the neighbors, behind the bushes, in the garage, etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the courier to verify where the parcel was delivered. 

    Package Tracking

    Once your order has been processed it will be shipped by courier. You will receive an email with your AWB number so that you can track your shipment from the minute it leaves our warehouse to the moment it reaches your door.

    Transit Times

    Transit time varies by location but generally ranges between two to three working days for most countries in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. However, some countries may require a longer transit depending on your location. A member of our sales team will inform you of the estimated transit time when your order is processed. 

    Shipping Delays

    When orders reach their destination country they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Although we place high priority on shipping your order as soon as possible, please note that we can make no guarantees on delivery times since external circumstances may sometimes cause delays while the shipment is in transit.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Infinitec is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    All shipment sent internationally have a no return policy. That means that all international shipments cannot be exchanged or refunded.
